Who we are
QuakeTrak is owned and operated by AVR LLC. This policy applies only to this website.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information through this site.
- No first-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or similar visitor-tracking scripts on this site.
- No accounts or forms that submit personal information to us.
- Earthquake and storm data are fetched on our servers from public government sources (USGS, National Weather Service, NOAA National Hurricane Center) and shown to you. Those upstream requests are made by our servers, not by your browser.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may automatically process standard request data such as IP address, user-agent, request URL, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not use that data to build marketing profiles of visitors. See also Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set first-party cookies for advertising or analytics. The site does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for visitor tracking.
Your browser may load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Google may receive your IP address and browser details when those files load. See Google’s privacy policy.
Map land outlines are drawn from Natural Earth data embedded in the page; they do not contact a map-tile vendor from your browser.
Advertising and cookies
We may display ads from third-party vendors, including Google, through Google AdSense or similar services. This section describes how those ads work when they are shown on this site. Ads are not live yet; when they are, the practices below apply.
